JEE Qualifying Exam:

Students must have passed the 12th exam or equivalent.

Students who are appeared in class 12th exam and awaiting results are also eligible for JEE.

  • B.E/B.Tech: Students should have passed the 12th exam with Physics, Mathematics, and any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject).
  • B.Arch: Students should have passed the 12th exam with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
  • B.Plan: Students should have passed the 12th exam with Mathematics.

JEE 2022 Age Limit: 

Applicants must be 17 years old and no upper age limit.

Qualifying Marks:

Students must have a minimum of 75% marks (65% for SC/ST category) in class 12 or equivalent exam.

Maximum number of attempts:

Students will be able to appear in the exam two times in a year. Also, students can appear in JEE Main in three consecutive years from the year of passing their class 12.

Cbse Date Sheet 2022 Class 12: Important instruction for parents and students

  • Candidates will carry their own hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle.
  • Candidates will cover their nose, mouth and nose with a mask.
  • Candidates will follow social distancing norms.
  • Parents will guide their ward(s) about precautions to be taken by them to avoid the spread of Covid-19.
  • Parents will ensure that their ward is not sick.
  • All Instructions issued while appearing in Examination Centres will be strictly adhered to by the candidates.
  • Candidates will follow all instructions given on the admit card.
  • The duration of each examination will be on the date-sheet and admit card.
  • A total of 15 minutes of reading time will be given to the students to read the question paper.

Cbse Date Sheet 2022 Class 12: Special consideration made for the date sheet

  • As the schools were closed due to the pandemic which has led to learning losses, therefore, more gap has been given between the two examinations in almost all the subjects in both classes.
  • Wherever the gap is a little less, such examinations have been kept at a later date so that students can get sufficient time for the preparation of these examinations.
  • Other competitive examinations, including JEE Main, have been taken care of while preparing the date sheet. 4. These date sheets have been prepared by avoiding nearly 35000 subject combinations to ensure that no two subjects' examinations of a student fall on the same date.
  • Despite the fact that the temperature would be a little higher, the start of the examination will be at 10.30 AM because it will not be possible to start the examination earlier as examinations will be conducted in 26 more countries than that of India.
  • Similarly, for the same reason, examinations cannot be conducted in two shifts.

The CBSE date sheet 2022 for Classes 10 and 12 have been released today. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting the CBSE Term 2 exams in April-May for the two board classes. From the academic year 2021-2022 onwards, CBSE has shifted to the two-term board-exam pattern, following which many state boards are also deciding the same.


The CBSE Term 2 exam dates are from April 26 to May 24 for Class 10. The CBSE date sheet 2022 Class 12 and CBSE date sheet 2022 Class 10 have been released today on the official website cbse.gov.in and cbseacademic.nic.in for the major subjects only.

The CBSE admit cards will need to be collected from the respective schools of the candidates.

CBSE board exam 2022 details

The CBSE Term 2 paper will only test students on the rationalised syllabus like the last years due to Covid-19. That rationalised syllabus will be divided into two for the two terms.

The CBSE Term 2 exam will be of 120 minutes for each subject and based on both MCQs and subjective questions.

Practical and internal assessment exams will be held at the respective schools of candidates before the CBSE Term 2 exams end. The allotted marks will be 50% of the total and schools will be informed about the detailed scheme so they can plan accordingly.

The CBSE Term 1 result 2022 will be declared only in the form on marks in each subject. No student will be placed in the pass, compartment, and essential repeat categories after the first term exam. The final results will be declared after CBSE Term 2 board exam is over.

What CBSE took care of while preparing the date sheet

As per the CBSE date sheets, here's what the board took care of while preparing them:

As per reports, CBSE is expected to release CBSE Class 10, 12 Term 1 results 2021-22 today at cbseresults.nic.in. Read on to know more.















CBSE Term 1 results 2021-22:

 The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to declare CBSE Class 10, 12 Term 1 Result 2021-22 today, i.e. on March 11. According to media reports, CBSE Class 12 result is expected to be released on Friday. Following this, the board will also release the CBSE class 10 term 1 result 2021-22 at the end of this week. The report also added that the result would be released at 2 pm. Once declared, students can check the CBSE term 1 result 2022 on the official website at cbseresults.nic.in.

An official from the CBSE said "The results preparation process is almost completed, and it can be announced anytime. The board will notify soon." However, an official confirmation regarding the exact time and date to release the CBSE term 1 result for classes 10 and 12 are awaited.


CBSE is conducting board exams in two terms this year. CBSE term 1 exam for both class 10 and 12 has already been conducted last year in November-December month. The board has also divided the syllabus into two parts (50 per cent each for both term exams). Term 1 exams were held in MCQ format while the board will conduct term 2 exams in subjective format.

CBSE has already announced the date to commence the term 2 exams for classes 10 and 12. As per the announced date, CBSE term 2 exams will begin on April 26. The board will soon release a detailed CBSE Term 2 date sheet 2022 on its website.

Students can also check their results through the official website, SMS, Call, Digilocker or IVRS. Students need to follow the steps mentioned below to check results on the official website.

How to check CBSE Class 12 Term 1 results 2021-22?

  • Visit the official website- cbseresults.nic.in
  • Click on the ‘CBSE Class 10 result 2022’ or ‘CBSE Class 12 result 2022’ link on the homepage
  • A login page will appear on the screen
  • Enter required credentials such as roll number, school number, centre number, and admit card ID
  • Click on the ‘Submit’ button
  • CBSE 12th Term 1 Result 2021-22 will be displayed on the screen
  • Download and take a printout of the same
